You can access your patient portal from this website. This allows you to manage your GP health care using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

 

You can quickly contact your GP by:

  • making an appointment
  • changing an appointment
  • asking a question via an e-consultation

 

You can also:

  • reorder medication
  • view your medical records
  • view the results of a test

 

Where can I find the patient portal?

You can go directly to the right section of the patient portal using the buttons on our homepage.

 

Can I still call?

Yes, you can use our phone number to schedule an appointment or leave a message.

Reordering medications is only possible through the website. Or ask your pharmacy if medications can be automatically renewed.

 

How do I access the patient portal?

Are you 16 or older? Log in to the portal with DigiD. If you don’t have DigiD yet: apply for your personal DigiD [this link opens a new window].

Do you still have questions about DigiD? Visit the DigiD website or go directly to Help & Contact for DigiD.

For children under the age of 16, or if you do not wish to use DigiD, request a username and password from your practice.

 

We ask you to log in with your DigiD once. When you have done so, we can then notify you when a message is waiting for you in your patient portal.
